 Return and Refund Policy.

• Shipping costs for the Returned Items are at the cost of the purchaser. 
• All returns must be received in an un-used condition. Any products that have evidence of being used will not be excepted, and costs will not be refunded. Items that fail due to manufacturer defects will be replaced at no additional cost.
• The misuse of items due to overstressed weight will not be replaced.
• To process a return contact us by email, state the reason for the return (Wrong size, manufacturer defect with pictures),and receive a Return Authorization Number, (RAN number).
• Ship the product to our receiving address at: 188 High Street, Pacheco, CA 94553
• Items acceptable for a refund will be credited to your credit card account used for purchase. Correct sized items can be purchased online.
